The Community Coalition of Stanwood-Camano, previously known as Making Life Work, has been committed to fostering a stronger and more resilient community since 2017.

The dedicated team consists of passionate individuals from various organizations, all united by the goal of enhancing the Stanwood-Camano community.

We identify needs, create strategies, and implement programs that tackle the unique challenges our community faces. By working together, we believe we can pave the way for a brighter future for Stanwood-Camano.

• The Coalition hosts a Town Hall meeting each year to gather input on the community's perceived needs.

• The Steering Committee meets monthly to identify needs and request workgroups from community partners.

• Partners conven bi-annually to share resources and learn about efforts and potential workgroups.

• Workgroups meet regularly to develop initiatives aimed at addressing identified needs.

• The Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation provides fiscal sponsorship and facilitates meetings for the Coalition.
