Project Updates:
The L.A.N.E.: Arrowhead Ranch foundation is open daily and averaging 10 people a day
Transitional Kindergarten: Classes full - 16 children per class
CRC (Early Learning Classroom): Looking at expanding to Camano, programming (mobile) Preschool/Daycare provider convening continues to meet
YMCA (Ready, Set, Go): Double capacity next summer, kindergarten readiness
Snow Goose: Ridership continues to grow. Applied for additional funding from WSDOT to expand and replace aging buses.
Unhoused: Faith Community Convening in Jan.
Food Insecurity: Producing mailers for food programs for seniors in Stanwood/Camano. The committee approved funding this mailing (production and postage)
Healing Connection Center: Speaker series for teens/parents. First one at CRC 8 people
New Business:
Review Coalition paperwork for the partner meeting in November.
Will hand out partner agreements and MOU’s at meeting, presentations for new partners, and workgroup updates.
Town Hall Meeting in Jan: The planning committee was created and will meet Nov. 7 at 12 pm
